The makers of Quaker State, the motor oil well known for providing durable protection, are now giving motorists cash for using Quaker State and making their cars last. The Quaker State Cash Back Bonus Program launches today and is designed to reward consumers who use Quaker State® Ultimate Durability full synthetic motor oil, Quaker State® Enhanced Durability synthetic blend motor oil or Quaker State® Higher Mileage Engine™ motor oil with the cash value of their vehicle when they reach 300,000 miles, subject to certain terms and conditions.
The Quaker State Cash Back Bonus program is being released in conjunction with the updated Quaker State Lubrication Limited Warranty program, one of the easiest to use, longest running and most comprehensive motor oil warranties available to motorists. The new Quaker State Lubrication Limited Warranty is one of the first lubricant manufacturer programs that follows the vehicle makers' recommended oil drain intervals. In addition, the Quaker State Cash Back Bonus Program Warranty is transferable.

The Quaker State Lubrication Limited Warranty protects 15 engine parts from lubricant-related failure and provides motorists' vehicles with coverage for up to 10 years or 300,000 miles, whichever is first. The Quaker State Lubrication Limited Warranty is free to qualifying consumers who use Quaker State products. To qualify, consumers’ vehicles must have been manufactured within the last 72 months and have driven 75,000 miles or less at the time of enrollment. To be eligible for the Cash Back Bonus, consumers must be eligible for and participate in the Quaker State Lubrication Limited Warranty program and use one of the Quaker State specialty motor oil products in the vehicle starting no later than the 100,000-mile mark. Consumers will not be eligible for the Cash Back Bonus if they use Quaker State® conventional motor oil at or beyond the 100,000 mile mark, unless they meet the requirements of the Grandfather Clause.
Quaker State says its motor oils provide consistent protection over the life of the oil change cycle and are so durable that even after a full drain cycle, they still pass certain critical industry tests for wear protection, rust protection and viscosity retention. · When eligible consumers’ vehicles reach 300,000 miles, the Quaker State Cash Back Bonus program will reward them for the accomplishment with a check equal to the “Trade In – Good Condition” value of their vehicle at that mileage according to Kelley Blue Book (up to $3,000)
Quaker State Lubrication Limited Warranty Program Highlights (other conditions apply):
· Drivers with vehicles manufactured within the last 72 months and with 75,000 miles or less are eligible to register for the Quaker State Lubrication Limited Warranty
· The Quaker State Lubrication Limited Warranty takes effect six (6) months after the first eligible purchase of Quaker State motor oil
· The Quaker State Lubrication Limited Warranty covers 15 engine parts against lubrication caused failure
· A claim must be started online via the Quaker State Lubrication Limited Warranty website before any repairs are made
· The Quaker State Lubrication Limited Warranty requires that consumers service their vehicle’s engine with Quaker State motor oil, in the service classification, viscosity grade and interval that is appropriate for their vehicle as recommended by the vehicle manufacturer
· The Quaker State Lubrication Limited Warranty requires consumers to change their oil and oil filter at least as often as recommended by the vehicle manufacturer
· Consumers enrolled in the Quaker State Lubrication Limited Warranty must follow all scheduled engine maintenance recommendations by the vehicle manufacturer, including replacement of air filter and air cleaner element and maintenance of the emission control system
· Oil change records must be updated on the Quaker State Lubrication Limited Warranty website at least once every twelve (12) months, even if no oil change has taken place, in order to maintain coverage (except California residents)
Quaker State Cash Back Bonus Program Highlights (other conditions apply):
· The Quaker State Cash Back Bonus Program is offered to eligible Quaker State Lubrication Limited Warranty participants who use specialty Quaker State motor oils (synthetic blend, high mileage, or full synthetic) such as Quaker State® Enhanced Durability, Quaker State® Higher Mileage Engine™, or Quaker State® Ultimate Durability motor oil once they reach 300,000 miles
· To be eligible for the Cash Back Bonus Program, consumers must use one of the Quaker State specialty motor oil products starting no later than when their vehicle reaches 100,000 mile
Consumers are eligible to make a claim for the Quaker State Cash Back Bonus when their vehicle has reached 300,000 miles AND is no older than 20 years, and they otherwise have complied with all other terms and conditions of the Cash Back Bonus Program and the Quaker State Lubrication Limited Warranty program
The amount of the Quaker State Cash Back Bonus will equal the “Trade In – Good Condition” value of a consumer’s vehicle on Kelley Blue Book (www.kbb.com) at the time all required documentation for a claim is received, up to a maximum of $3,000US
